07.Membership & Cancellation Policy

  • Membership plans are billed for the full duration selected (monthly, quarterly, or annual) at the time of purchase.
  • Members may request cancellation or a refund only within the first 7 days of the plan start date.
  • Once 7 days have passed since the plan began, the membership becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable, regardless of usage.
  • Plans cannot be paused, transferred to another person, or carried over to a future period unless approved by management in exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergency with documentation).

08.Gym Rules & Code of Conduct

To keep the gym safe, clean, and comfortable for everyone, all members and guests are expected to follow these rules at all times.

Respect Others
Do not disturb, distract, or interfere with other members during their workout. Keep noise, phone calls, and conversations to a minimum.

Hygiene First
Carry a towel, wipe down equipment after use, and wear clean, appropriate workout attire and shoes at all times.

Re-rack Equipment
Return weights, dumbbells, and accessories to their designated place after use so others can find and use them easily.

Share the Equipment
During busy hours, limit your time on cardio machines and allow others to work in between sets on shared equipment.

Phone Etiquette
Keep phone calls outside the workout floor. Avoid recording videos or photos of other members without their consent.

Zero Tolerance
Harassment, abusive behavior, or misuse of equipment towards staff or members will result in immediate membership termination without refund.

Access Card / Check-in
Members must check in through our digital attendance system on every visit. Sharing your membership with non-members is not permitted.

Safety & Liability
Use equipment correctly and within your fitness level. Standard Fitness Club is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or disregard of instructions.
